Dawson Woodworks was born from a deep rooted passion for craftsmanship, inspired by a father who spent decades as a woodworker and cabinet maker. That early exposure to hands-on quality and detail led to formal training in woodworking and cabinetry in New Zealand.
Dawson woodworks later transitioned into residential carpentry, working on high end homes in Whistler and prefab passive structures built with performance and sustainability in mind. His journey has taken him to remote coastal islands, where he helped build summer homes in challenging, remote locations.
